Delegates Young, Hamilton, Hornbuckle, Fluharty, Garcia, Griffith, Pushkin, Hansen, Lewis, Rowe and Williams move to amend Com Sub for SB601 on page 3, line 4, following the period at the end of section 5, by inserting the following

"CHAPTER 49. CHILD WELFARE.

ARTICLE 2. State responsibilities for children.

§49-2-111d. Priorities for the use of funds for child-care and performance-based contracting

The department shall pay child-care providers based on enrollment."
